We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (June-September). Some popular tours may sell out quickly.
We recommend comfortable clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, a water bottle, and a camera. Specific requirements will be mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Yes! Our guides speak English, French, and Arabic. Some tours are also available in other languages upon request.
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll offer to reschedule your tour at no extra cost.
