These Booking Conditions outline the terms that apply to all tours, activities, and services booked through Yallah Morocco. Please read them carefully before making a booking. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

Booking Process

Booking a tour or activity with Yallah Morocco is a straightforward process designed to ensure a seamless experience:

  1. Browse and Select: Explore our available services on the Platform. Each listing includes a detailed description, pricing, duration, and available dates.
  2. Submit Booking Request: Choose your preferred date, select the number of participants, and fill in your contact details (name, email, phone number). Add any special requests or notes.
  3. Email Verification: After submitting, you will receive a verification email. Click the verification link to confirm your booking request. Unverified requests expire after 24 hours.
  4. Staff Review: Our team reviews your request to verify availability, assign guides, and prepare logistics. This typically takes 1 to 6 hours during business hours.
  5. Booking Confirmation: Once approved, you receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference number, meeting point with map link, scheduled time, what to bring, and the final price.

Confirmation Process

A booking is considered confirmed only when you have received a confirmation email from our team. The confirmation email serves as your booking voucher and includes all the details you need for the day of your activity.

If we are unable to accommodate your request (for example, due to unavailability or reaching capacity), we will contact you to offer alternative dates or services. You are under no obligation to accept alternative arrangements.

Payment Terms

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Approximate conversions to other currencies may be displayed for convenience but are not binding.
  • Payment Method: Payment is collected in cash upon arrival at the designated meeting point on the day of your activity. Please bring the exact amount or close to it.
  • Price Guarantee: The price confirmed in your booking confirmation email is final. We will not increase the price after confirmation.
  • Additional Costs: Any optional extras, personal purchases, or tips are not included in the quoted price and are your responsibility.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 24 hours before the activity: Free cancellation. No charges apply.
  • Within 24 hours of the activity: The full booking amount is due. No refund will be provided.
  • No-show: If you do not arrive at the meeting point without prior cancellation, the full amount is due and no refund will be issued.

To cancel a booking, contact us at hello@yallahmorocco.com or use the cancellation option on your booking page. Cancellation requests are processed based on the timestamp of when we receive your notification.

Cancellation by Yallah Morocco

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, guide illness, or safety concerns. If we cancel your booking:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible with a full explanation.
  • You will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost.
  • We are not liable for any indirect costs you may incur (such as transportation to the meeting point).

Reschedule Policy

  • You may reschedule a confirmed booking free of charge if the request is made more than 24 hours before the original activity date.
  • Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the activity are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking.
  • Rescheduled bookings are subject to the same confirmation process as new bookings and depend on guide and service availability.

Weather Conditions

Many of our activities are conducted outdoors and are subject to weather conditions. Our policy regarding weather-related changes:

  • Safety First: If our team determines that weather conditions make an activity unsafe (e.g., dangerous surf conditions, severe storms, extreme heat), we will cancel or postpone the activity.
  • Weather Cancellations: Activities cancelled by us due to weather are always fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no cost.
  • Light Weather: Activities may proceed in light rain, wind, or cloud cover. Minor weather variations are not grounds for free cancellation by the customer.
  • Decision Timeline: Weather-related decisions are typically made 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled activity. You will be notified immediately by phone or email.

Group Booking Conditions

  • Group Size: Group tours have minimum and maximum participant limits as specified on each service listing.
  • Minimum Participants: Some activities require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we may offer to reschedule, provide a private experience at the same rate, or issue a full refund.
  • Large Groups: For groups of 10 or more, please contact us directly at hello@yallahmorocco.com for custom pricing and arrangements.
  • Group Leader: For group bookings, one person must be designated as the group leader and primary contact. This person is responsible for communicating conditions to all participants.

Private Tour Conditions

  • Private tours are exclusive experiences for your party only, without other participants.
  • Private tour pricing may differ from group tour pricing and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • Custom itineraries for private tours can be arranged upon request. Custom requests should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The same cancellation and refund policies apply to private tours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

What's Included and Not Included

Generally Included

  • Professional guide or instructor for the duration of the activity.
  • Activity-specific equipment as described in the service listing (e.g., surfboard and wetsuit for surf lessons).
  • Transportation from the designated meeting point where specified.
  • Any entry fees or permits described in the service listing.

Generally Not Included

  • Transportation to and from the meeting point (unless explicitly stated).
  • Personal travel insurance.
  • Meals and beverages (unless specified in the service description).
  • Gratuities for guides (appreciated but not mandatory).
  • Personal expenses and souvenirs.
  • Accommodation.

Each service listing on our Platform specifies exactly what is and is not included. Always refer to the specific listing for accurate details.

Health and Safety Requirements

  • Physical Fitness: Some activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness. Any specific requirements are noted in the service listing. If in doubt, contact us before booking.
  • Medical Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation at the time of booking.
  • Alcohol and Substances: Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Our guides reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears impaired, without refund.
  • Safety Instructions: All participants must follow the safety briefings and instructions provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
  • Age Requirements: Minimum age requirements vary by activity. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Specific age restrictions are noted on each service listing.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance before participating in our activities. Your insurance should cover:

  • Adventure and sports activities (particularly for surf lessons and outdoor tours).
  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation.
  • Trip cancellation and interruption.
  • Personal belongings and equipment.

Yallah Morocco does not provide personal insurance for participants. Participation in all activities is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring you have adequate coverage.
