Sandboard the Timlaline dunes with a guide, then take a one-hour quad bike ride through the countryside by the Atlantic. Hotel pickup from Agadir.
From 809 MAD per person
Two ways to ride a quad near Agadir. The classic tour is 90 minutes on rocky and sandy trails through Berber villages in the Atlas foothills, with your guide ahead of you the whole way and a pause where the view opens out to the Atlantic. The other option pairs an hour on a quad with a sandboarding session at the Timlaline dunes near Tamri, up the coast beyond Taghazout. Both include hotel pickup from Agadir, Taghazout, Tamraght, Aourir and Paradis Plage, or from the cruise port. No experience is needed: the guide explains the controls and sets a pace that suits the group.

Ride a quad for 90 minutes on rocky and sandy trails through Berber villages near Agadir, with Atlantic views, mint tea with locals and hotel pickup.

If you want the quad to be the whole point, book the Atlas foothills tour. It is 90 minutes in the saddle inside a two-hour slot, so it fits around a beach morning or a late lunch. Groups are capped at 20 riders, a helmet and goggles are provided, and the ride finishes with mint tea and snacks in a traditional local home.
If you would rather make a day of it, the Timlaline combo starts with a drive up the coast past Aourir and Taghazout to Tamri. You spend the first part of the afternoon sandboarding on the dunes, where the guides explain the technique and suggest slopes to match your confidence, then take the quad out for an hour through the countryside beside the sea. Groups are limited to 15, children can join the trip from the age of three, and lunch is not included.
The Atlas trails mix rocky paths and sandy sections and pass through several Berber villages. Your guide rides in front and keeps the group together, so the pace stays comfortable for beginners while still giving confident riders enough to do. The best moment is the pause where the hills open up and you can see all the way to the ocean.
Around Timlaline the ground is flatter and more open: sandy tracks through countryside with the dunes and the Atlantic close by. It is a gentler ride that follows the sandboarding session, so you arrive already warmed up.
Wear closed shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dusty. Sunglasses and sunscreen are a good idea on both tours. A helmet and goggles are part of the Atlas tour. On the Timlaline combo, bring your own water and a snack, since lunch and drinks are not included. Keep your phone or camera somewhere secure for the viewpoint stop.
Pickup runs from hotel receptions in Agadir, Taghazout, Tamraght, Paradis Plage and Aourir, and from the Agadir cruise port, in an air-conditioned vehicle. The Timlaline combo runs with guides who speak English, French, German and Arabic. Each tour can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund; the price per person and the next available dates are shown on each listing.
